★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退会手続き時、入会から半年以内に退会する際は違約金が発生すると言われました。
しかし、従業員のミスか確信犯なのかわかりませんが、入会時にそのような説明は一切受けておらず、契約書類等も隅から隅まで確認しましたが、そのようなことは一言も書かれていません。
入会説明時には何も言わず、契約後に半年間のしばりがあると口頭で言われても、もはやただの詐欺行為としか思えません。
対応した従業員の方からは、説明不足を謝るどころか、まるで私がクレーマーかのような扱いを受けました。
こんな理不尽な思いをさせられたのは生まれて初めてです。
二度と関わりたくありません。
みなさん、入会する際はお気をつけください。
