免許更新が中央区でできるのがありがたいです。
1階のフリースペースに飲食物を持参してくつろいでいる人がけっこういました。
コロナで蔓防の中、食事スペースでは無いから規制した方がいい気もします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もともと商業施設だった、NEXT21に新潟市中央区役所が入りました。テナントビル建物だったので、区役所的ではない。地下駐車場と地下街ローサ等々便利のはずなのに、人気が無い。新潟市頑張ろうよ❕
１階フロアには、コッペパン店があり椅子もあるのでくつろげます。自販機は有ったのだろうか❔
