大体平日に行くので貸し切りで楽しめます。
今回の案内の人は慣れた感じの方で東名高速イベントの話などで盛り上がりました。
高速道路の歴史をはじめ高速道路建設に関する展示もあり、高速道路好き(いるのか？)にはおすすめです。

私が見学してたら、管制室のモニター越しに新東名の浜松ＳＡ付近でクルマが燃えてるのが見えました（汗）
この度の連休中でも開設していたのもよかったです。
スタンプも有るので、そういう意味でもオススメです。
Visiting the control room is essential when you come here. . .
When I visited, I saw that a car was burning near Hamamatsu SA in the new Tomei, over the monitor in the control room (sweat)
It was good that it had been opened during the consecutive holidays of this time.
Because there is a stamp, it is also recommended in that sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素晴らしい解説と共に素晴らしい展示がありこの上ない施設です。高速道路のマニアや土木マニアなら一度は訪れるべき場所です。
There is a wonderful exhibition with a nice commentary and it is a superb facility. If you are a freeway mania or a civil engineering mania, it is a place to visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高速道路の大きなジオラマは新東名が再現されていて、一見の価値があります。料金所やサービスエリアもリアルに再現されています。
その他に新しい舗装と従来の舗装に実際に水を掛けて、浸透性能を比べられるコーナーがあり、なかなか面白いですね。
高速道路のサービスエリアやパーキングエリアにあるスタンプと同様の物が用意されているのは想定外でした(^-^;

見学は無料でジオラマがあったり、東京料金所を上から眺めれたり、中日本が管理している高速道路の管制状況も見学できます！
土日もやっているので、親子連れでもOK!
高速道路についてとても学べる場所です。
お土産もあるのが嬉しいです。

We also do it on Saturdays and Sundays, so parents and children are OK!
It's a place where you can learn a lot about highways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電車、バスを乗り継ぐやや不便な場所だが、バスタ新宿から箱根高速バス特急を利用すると、東名向ヶ丘バス停で下車し徒歩5分で到達可能。1時間に1〜2本だが、460円で新宿からバス1本で来れるのが強み。空席あればバスタ新宿の窓口で直前でも乗車券購入可能。
正門より中は警備もあり入りにくい雰囲気だが、案内に従い敷地内を進むとコミュニケーションプラザがある。管制センター・屋上への見学は一定時間ごとに見学募集の声かけがあり、グループ単位での見学となる。展示品はそんなに多くないが、人も少なめで無料で管制センターも見せてもらえるため穴場スポットである。
It's a little inconvenient place to transfer trains and buses, but if you take the Hakone Expressway Limited Express from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal, you can get off at the Toll Gate Mukogaoka Bus Stop and reach it in 5 minutes on foot. One or two buses per hour, but one of the strengths is that you can get there by one bus from Shinjuku for 460 yen. If there are vacant seats, you can purchase a ticket at the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal window even just before.
The atmosphere inside the main gate is difficult to enter due to security, but if you follow the guidance, you will find a communication plaza. For tours of the control center and rooftop, there is a call for visits at regular intervals, and the tours are group-based. There aren't many exhibits, but it's a little-known spot because there are few people and you can see the control center for free.

コロナ禍だったので、
通常管制室と屋上からの料金所見学は、
今回はありませんでしたが、
ネクスコ中日本の取り組み、
高速道路の仕組みなど、
映像をもとに勉強出来ます
お子さん連れにオススメです❗
