縮毛矯正をしてもらいましたが、大失敗でした。全く伸びてない上に切れ毛、ヒビリ毛だらけになりました。他のサロンに行ってもどうしようもないと言われました。根本に近い一部が特に酷いダメージですが、毛先ではないので切ることもできず伸びるのを待つしかありません。10年ほど縮毛矯正をかけ続けてきましたが、こんなに酷い仕上がりは初めてです。接客はとても丁寧でしたが、技術が全く伴っていないと感じます。

駅近で良い立地の清潔感溢れるサロンでした。検温や消毒など、コロナ感染対策もバッチリです。西田さんに担当して頂きましたが、丁寧なカウンセリングに、液剤や施術に関しての細かいご説明もあり、安心して私の傷んだ髪と頭皮をお任せ出来ました。今回は予算の関係もあり白髪染めのカラーとロングからミディアムへのカットをお願いしましたが、それだけでも大分印象が変わり、若々しくお洒落になりました。次回は時間と予算を十分とってハイライトとパーマもお願いしてみたいと思います。 あと特筆すべきとしては、シャンプールームががエステサロンのようになっていて、座り心地が良く、薄明かりになっていて丁寧なシャンプーに心からリラックスできました。

最悪のサロンスタッフがいる店 何が気に入らないのか声が聞こえないのか、自分の思い通りの回答がこないからなのか、妄想が激しいのかこちらの態度が気に入らないのか機嫌が悪かったのか分かりませんが、保護クリームを塗られる時に保護クリームを塗ってもいいかの確認がなくおもむろに額に塗られました。私は保護クリームを塗られることが嫌いだし、訳の分からないものを顔に塗られるのが嫌なので「塗らないでほしい」と伝えました。その後、「塗るか塗らないかの確認くらいしたらどうですか?」と言ったところ「皆さん塗ってるので」と別に悪いことしてませんよ感を出された言い方をされ、え?と思いました。皆さんとは?お客さん個人個人の意思は尊重せず自分の価値観や今までの固定概念に固執した考え方をされる人なんだと思いました。その後わけも分からず「気に入らない事があるなら別日にしていただけますか?」や「少々お待ちください」と言われ長時間待たされた挙句こちらが何か悪いことをしたみたいに裏に周りコソコソと話をしていて無駄な時間を取られ待たされ、意味がわかりませんでした。明日どうしても外せない仕事がありカラーをしなければならなかったので「早く施術して貰ってもいいですか?」と言ったところ「そんな高圧的な態度を取るなら」と言われ、意味が分からず、何もしていないし無駄にコソコソされて気分が悪かっただけで高圧的な態度を取った覚えもないのにいきなり帰れ的な発言をされ不愉快極まりなかったです。技術に関しては最低、カラーはブリーチ部分に色が入らずやり直し。ドライヤーで乾かされる時に髪の毛を引っ張られ痛かったし及第点にすらいかないレベル、接客レベルなんか最低どころか客を見下してる逆に高圧的な態度をとる。仕上がりはオーダーした色とは全くもって違うベージュとお願いしたのに紫になりました。 アシスタントで入ってくれた男性スタッフの方が、ちゃんと声かえもしてくれたし、話も聞いてくれました。シャンプーの時の温度や強さ等、接客に雑な感じがしませんでした。 それに比べ、谷山という女性スタッフは声掛けが全くもって足りず(保護クリームの件も含め)ドライヤーの乾かし方も雑で耳に指が当たったし髪の毛を引っ張られ痛かったし、シャンプーの時も髪の毛を引っ張られたり後頭部をガン!と叩きつけてきたりと嫌がらせか?と思う程でした。 本当に最悪な1日になりました。谷山という女性スタッフがいるこの店には二度と行きません 最後の会計の時に「来た時からあわないとおもっていました」と言われたのが衝撃的でした。ご不快な思いをさせて申し訳ないとかではなく…合わないと思ったって…もう何も言えません。接客業として本当最低ですねw 不愉快な思いをした挙句、高い勉強代を払ったと思うしかありませんね
