2時間待たせる訪問、まとめていくらの査定、
引き取るのは新品とブランド品とデザイン性の高いもののみ、商品知識の無さ、プロ意識は感じませんでした。

不要になった家具の見積もり依頼をしましたが、予定日時に来ず待ちぼうけでした。もちろん遅れる等の連絡もありませんでした。不要になった家具を予定よりも長く部屋に置いておかねばならず、大変迷惑でした。
そういうお店ですので、売ろうとしたところで足元を見られた可能性が高いだろうなと思います。オススメできません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度手間を防ぐために、持ち込みの前に電話にて靴類を複数点査定したい旨を連絡をしたところ、通常通り持ち込んで頂ければ大丈夫ですと回答がありました。30分後店舗へ持ち込むとコロナウイルスで靴の買取りだけは行っていないとのこと。何故電話の際に伝えていただけなかったのか理解できません。売り手の手間を考えられないのでしょうか。買取りの対応が悪くおすすめできません。よく利用していたお店だけにとても残念です。

商品の入れ替えが激しく2、3日前にいいなと思って、再度来店したらすでに売却済みでした。もしその場で良いなと思ったら即購入をおすすめします。
店舗内はオシャレなディスプレイでレトロな感じで落ち着きます。
西荻窪駅からも近いので利用しやすいです。ただ持ち込みで商品を売りに行ったらすごく安い金額での査定でした。もう処分したかったので言い値で売却をしました。
売り急いでいなければ、他のお店でも検討されてみてはいかがかなと思います。
