ハモニカとは気仙沼で水揚げの多いメカジキの背びれの付け根部分の肉。
パッケージには「骨に注意」みたいなこと書かれてましたが私の食べた弁当には１本も入っていませんでした。
食べてみると、程よく歯ごたえがあり美味しいですね。
ハモニカも美味しいのですがご飯が美味しいのがすごく印象的でした。
