There is a quite park with a lot of benches where you can enjoy sea breath and port view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you're going here as a staging point for a boat ride or ferry this place isnt worth the visit. Theres not really anything in the area. There are nicer spots to view tokyo bay. Not too many shops or nice food places in this area. Its more of a business area with few amenities. You have to walk about ten minutes away from the water to find any worthwhile shops or food. As a ferry staging point its clean, comfortable and nice looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corporate building. There is a family mart, a mizuho ATM booth, JP bank booth and some restaurant in the third floor of the building. Takeshiba station for yurikamome line is also accessable from the third floor.
