★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に約束は守らず、対応が杜撰です。やりとりががスムーズに進めば数週間で終わる作業も、しょっちゅう途中で対応を放置され続け、催促を重ねた末に３ヶ月以上かかりました。
約束の修理日にも現れず、後日来た連絡でそのことを問いただそうとすると「違う人がした対応なのでわからない」と言われます。
せめて事情の説明や早めのスケジュール調整をしてくれれば済むこともマイペースに勧められ、一向に改善されません。
こんなに酷いサービス業が存在するのかと呆れました。
Basically, we don't keep our promises, but we do our best to respond. If the exchanges proceed smoothly, it may take a few weeks to complete the work, but I have been left neglected all the time, and it took more than three months after repeated reminder.
I didn't appear even on the promised repair day, and when I contacted him later and asked him about it, he said, "I don't know because another person has done it."
It is recommended at my own pace that at least I can explain the circumstances and adjust the schedule early, and it will not improve at all.
I was wondering if there is such a terrible service industry.

電話をしてからの対応もとても早く、作業日程が決まり見させて頂きましたがすごく丁寧に素早く作業をして頂きました。
フィルターはもちろん中からもすごい汚れが出て来ていて、恐ろしくなりました。
夏本番になると料金も高くなると言っていたのでこの時期に頼めてよかったです！とても満足しました。ありがとうございました。
