★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの対応が、とても良いお店です。サイズ会わせの丁寧さ。商品の僅かな色落ちを自ら指摘し他の物と交換してくれる等、プライドの感じられる店舗です。次回もNB購入時はここに行こうと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外反母趾で靴をニューバランスにしました。こちらで1700を試したところ歩きやすく購入しました。買い物で短時間履きましたが、仕事で１日履いたところ足の疲れが違いました。お値段は高かったですが買ってよかったです。
New balance shoes with hallux valgus. When I tried 1700 here, I bought it because it was easy to walk. I wore it for a short time for shopping, but when I wore it for a day at work, my legs were tired differently. The price was high, but I'm glad I bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員ルーレット大当たり。寡黙だが、非常に知識のあるニューバランス愛のある人に出会った。仕事も早く、気持ちの良い接客を受けることが出来て満足。貧乏な客にも丁寧に接してくれて有難う。全員が全員そうではないと思うので、★マイナス1。
Clerk roulette jackpot. It's quiet, but I met a very knowledgeable person with New Balance love. I am satisfied that I can work quickly and receive a pleasant customer service. Thank you for your polite treatment to the poor customers. I don't think everyone is so, so ★ minus 1.

詳しい事を聞くと全く分かっていないスタッフもいれば しっかり答えて対応してくれる人もいます。
商品を見ていたら、やたらと声をかけてくる女性スタッフがいたので、素材を詳しく聞くと分からないや、在庫を聞くとをないと言われました。
その後自分で探したらありました。謝罪の言葉もなく何事も無かったかのようにレジでも接客されたのが腹が立ちました。知識や在庫管理もしてないなら、話しかけないでほしかったです。
店内は広々としていてゆっくり買い物できそうですが、お客さんよりスタッフが多いので、ゆっくり見にくいのが残念です。

When I was looking at the products, there was a female staff member who called out to me, so I was told that I couldn't understand the materials when I asked them in detail, and I didn't ask them about the stock.
After that, I found it myself. I was angry that I was served at the cashier as if nothing had happened without apologizing. If you don't have any knowledge or inventory management, I didn't want you to talk to me.
The inside of the store is spacious and it seems that you can shop slowly, but it is a pity that it is hard to see slowly because there are more staff than customers.
