★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メガネの30代の整備士の言動が非常に不愉快だった。こちらの話をろくに聞こうとせず、決めつけた話し方をされた。プロにとってはそんなことと思うかもしれないが、素人としては不安だから聞いているのに、見下しているように対応されて不愉快だった。ほかの従業員はとても良い対応をしてくれたので、その整備士のせいで残念だった。ほかの従業員に対しても、嫌いな人にはきつい言葉をかけて、上司らしき人にはへこへこしている様子が見つけられ、こんな人に整備されてハズレだったと思った。お店は昔からお世話になっているのでこれからも行きますが、次にその整備士だったら変えてもらいたいくらいです。

お客を選んでいるような対応がちょっとどうかと思いました。
上から目線と言うか、一生懸命さを期待していましたが、期待損でした。
残念です。
