家族では10数台です。
以前と比べて対応全く悪くなりました。
本当にがっかりです。
物売りの時しか電話がありません。
車検で電話が来ましたが
前は幾ら位だしだっけ？と聞くと
見積もりをしないと分かりません。
との返事。
数日前も車検の話の前に
新しい車いかがですかと
あちら側の都合を押しつけて来た。
その時の話をすると
そんな事は言ってませんと言い訳。
自分の都合でしかものを言わない、下手な言い訳をする、教育もされて無い様ですね。
ここでは車検もやりたく無いと思いました！
信頼出来ない所とは永く付き合う気がないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいぶ前になるが新車保証が付いている中古車のセルモーターが時々回らなくなる不具合が発生し、保証期限ギリギリに車を持ち込んで調べてもらったら原因不明とのことでバッテリーの交換を勧められた。その後、畑違いの行きつけのバイク屋でその症状が出て相談したら、よくあるセルモーターの固着だからハンマーで叩くと直ると言われ、そうしたら本当にすぐに直った。その後セルモーターを交換しに行くと保証期限過ぎたから有料になると言われ、泣く泣く何万円も払ってセルモーターを交換した。技術力が皆無か儲けたいからわざと原因不明としたかのどちらかは明白。この店舗で車を買ったり持ち込むことは絶対にお勧めできません。
