★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検を2ヶ月前に控えての事前の車検見積もりに行き、法定費用含め30万の見積もり。
その後、自分で出来る範囲(ヘッドライト交換、バッテリー交換、ワイパー交換)、又、タイヤ(右後輪)はこの状態ではでは車検は通りませんと言われたのでカーポートマルゼンにて事前に交換し、最終見積もりに行ったにも関わらず、2ヶ月前に行った見積書を持って来て来ました。
ヘッドライトに関しては車検1ヶ月前に新品のヘッドライトに交換して見積もりに行きましたが、光度が足りませんと言われ、メカニックに呼ばれ確認し、光度不足の為、ディーラーが進めるヘッドライト(約3万円)を交換する羽目になりました。
ヘッドライトの光度は納得いかなかった為、車検が終わり、車を引き取りに行く際に新しくしたヘッドライトの光度を確認させてくれと言い、車検を受ける事にしました。
しかし、車検終了後、こちらからお願いしていた、ヘッドライトの光度の確認をする事なく、車検終了後の納車となりました。※事前に、営業マン、メカニックにはその旨を伝えました。
バッテリー交換、ワイパー交換、タイヤ交換をした事に気付かず、普通に2ヶ月前の見積書を持って来る営業マン、メカニックのレベルの低さには笑うしか有りません。
因みに、ネッツトヨタ中央大阪はタイヤ交換(１本)3万円、、バッテリー交換(約3万)、ワイパー交換(約1本3000円)でした。
でも、交換した事を分からないレベルの低さには笑いますよ。
でも、ディーラーは工賃高すぎますね！だから世界のトヨタのかな？

I wasn't satisfied with the luminosity of the headlights, so after the car inspection was over, I asked him to check the luminosity of the new headlights when I went to pick up the car, so I decided to go through the car inspection.
However, after the vehicle inspection was completed, the vehicle was delivered after the vehicle inspection was completed without checking the luminous intensity of the headlights, which was requested from here. * In advance, I told the sales staff and mechanics to that effect.
I have no choice but to laugh at the low level of salesmen and mechanics who usually bring a quote two months ago without noticing that they have changed batteries, wipers, or tires.
By the way, at Nets Toyota Chuo Osaka, tire replacement (1 tire) was 30,000 yen, battery replacement (about 30,000), and wiper replacement (about 3000 yen per tire).
But I laugh at the low level that I do not know that I exchanged it.
