先日点検に行きましたがスタッフの対応があまり良くなく評価が下がりました

サービス、営業担当の知識、接客等文句のつけようがありません。
以前トヨタカローラで車を購入した際はあまりのサービスの悪さに二度とトヨタ車は買わないと心に決めていましたが、こちらの店舗で考えを改めさせられました。
新車を購入すると、平日手洗い洗車を200円でやってくれるサービスが地味にうれしいです。
The car of my father-in-law last year, I bought my own car this month.

When I bought a car at Toyota Corolla before, I had decided that I would never buy a Toyota car because of the poor service, but I was able to change my mind at this store.
If you buy a new car, I am glad that the service will do hand washing at 200 yen on weekdays.

営業マンだけでなく在庫確認を行っていただいた整備士の方もとても親切でした。
店内はかなり綺麗です。

Not only the salesmen but also the mechanics who checked the stock were very kind.
The store is pretty beautiful.

他のトヨタディーラー何軒も周りましたが、他と違い、応対も丁寧です。
値引きもこちらの想定以上の価格を提示頂き即決して来ました。
柏近隣でトヨタ車買うなら一番のディーラーと思います。

I came to the discount as soon as I offered a price higher than I expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店で購入したわけではないのですが整備スタッフの対応がとても親切で知識が購入店より良い為に整備をお願いしています。次回、買い換えの際は欲しい車を扱っていれば是非こちらで購入したいと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月30日父が大変お世話になりました。午後5時過ぎダイナモ故障、宇都宮まで帰る途中でした。修理はすぐにできず、帰りに困っていたところ、色々とアドバイスを頂き、皆様に親切していただき無事帰宅できました。売上にならず、大変申し訳ありませんでした。スタッフ皆さん、特に芳賀様にはありがとうございました。
October 30th My father was very helpful. After 5pm, the dynamo broke down and was on the way back to Utsunomiya. I couldn't fix it right away, and I was having trouble returning home. Sorry for not sales. Thank you to the staff, especially Haga.
