「オイル滲みがありますね」
3年未満ですので保証で対応してもらおうと思ったのですが、
「保証は使えません」
「ユーザーが変わってますのでまず実費で全て直してからその後の保証を継承します」
「全て実費でお願いします」
と言われました。
新車から3年のメーカー保証がありますがユーザーが変わって保証継承のタイミングとメーカーの仕組みを理解していなかったのですが。
ユーザーが変わってますので保証は使えません
「会社の決まりですので」
「一度エンジン降ろしてオイル滲みを直してから保証継承します」
の一点張りです。
オイル滲みがあるくらいで保証継承できないとか、ユーザーの事も考えてほしい。
ホント心がない接客を感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から頼んだことは忘れられるし、メンテナンス予約をして来店しても予約されていないなど、サービスが杜撰だった。最近はTOYOTAから身売れされ、地元ディーラーに買い取らせてからは少しは良くなってきた。ただ、営業マンがろくでもないので、この店から絶対に買わない。

Recently, it has been sold by TOYOTA, and it has improved a little since it was bought by a local dealer. However, the salesman is not good, so I will never buy it from this store.
