★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 試乗を予約して行きました。しかし、雨が降っているにも関わらず、10分程待っても誰も傘を持って迎えに来ませんでした。辺りにはサービスの人が何人かいて、私が駐車場に入ってきたのを目にしているのに、声も掛けず、営業に客が来たことを伝えるでもありません。接客は最低です。予約して行きましたが、そのまま帰りました。
I made a reservation for a test drive. However, despite the rain, no one came to pick me up with an umbrella after waiting for about 10 minutes. There are some service people around, and I see me in the parking lot, but I don't even talk to them and tell them that a customer has come to the business. Customer service is the worst. I made a reservation, but I just returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は綺麗でトイレも清潔でした。接客態度も良かったですが、オプションは選択肢が沢山有るので、もう少し掘り下げた説明と提案が欲しいと思います。特に値引き交渉をしなくてもある程度一般的な額の値引きはしてくれます。取れる所から取るという様な営業をすると評判が下がりますし、ディーラーは額より数を重視していると思うので。粘ればもう少し値引きするとは思いますが、より大きい値引きが欲しい場合はディーラーではなく一般の販売店へ行った方が良いと思います。その代わり少ない値引き額からの交渉スタートになると思いますが。

If you do business such as taking from where you can get it, your reputation will decline, and I think that dealers value the number rather than the amount. If you stick to it, you will get a little more discount, but if you want a bigger discount, you should go to a general store instead of a dealer. Instead, I think the negotiations will start with a small discount.

授乳室があります。キッズスペースもあったのですが、コロナで使えなくなりました。
店内は禁煙ですが、喫煙室が設けてあります。車検や整備は時間がかかることも多いので、愛煙家の方にはいいのかも。
