★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日夕方、半年毎の点検のため雪が降る中、館林店に初めて行きました。今回はプロケア10とエンジンオイル交換で1300ccの車で税込み3888円かかりました。点検やオイル交換には約60分かかりましたが無料の紙コップ飲料の自販機、TV、朝刊が設置してあったので退屈しませんでした。お腹が空いてる場合、近くにすき家やマクドナルドなどがあるので便利です。車検や点検の一覧表は受付の後方に掲示してありますが印刷されたものはないと言われたので今後必要なものはメモしてきました。一覧表くらい印刷したのを用意しておけばお客としては便利なのにと感じました。接客レベルは普通よりやや良いと感じました。車検は開店時間から1時間以内に出すとその日の夕方から閉店時間までには概ね終わると言われました。トイレは受付右側から回り込む位置にあります。手入れは行き届いてました。
Yesterday, it went for the first time to Tatebayashi store with snow falling for checking every half year every evening. This time it took 3888 yen including tax with 1300 cc car with Pro Care 10 and engine oil change. It took about 60 minutes to inspect and change the oil, but it did not get bored because there was a free paper cup drink vending machine, TV, morning newspaper installed. If you are hungry, it is convenient because you have a house that you like and McDonald's in the vicinity. Although a list of inspections and inspections is posted on the back of the reception, I was told that there was nothing printed, so I have made a note of what I need in the future. I felt that it was convenient as a customer if prepared about the list printed. I felt that the level of customer service was somewhat better than usual. It was said that by the closing time from the evening of that day it will be almost over if the vehicle inspection is made within one hour from the opening time. The toilet is in a position to turn around from the reception right side. Well-being was perfect.
