と	とも on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約システムのトラブルでのキャンセル、体調不良でのキャンセル。どちらも仕方ない理由あっての事ですが、連絡がメールのみなのは不誠実すぎます。 30分前にキャンセルのメール出せるのなら、電話すべきでは。さすがにドタキャン続きでは信用できるサロンとはいえないです。 Cancellation by problems of reservation system, cancellation by poor health. た	たた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 翌日の15時にと予約をして、当日いざ伺うとスタッフが居ないのかインターホンを押しても出ず。鍵がかかっていて、扉を叩いても返事なし。電話を何度もするが留守電に。携帯に転送でかかっているようなので、留守録いれても折り返しもなく、15時半と勘違いしているのかなと待っても来ず。結局寒空の下40分待ったが別の予定があったので、諦めてその場を去りました。電話の段階でしっかり復唱していたのに何故でしょうか。こんな口コミしたくありませんがあまりに酷いので共有致します。ご参考までに。 I made a reservation at 15:00 the next day and asked if there was a staff member on the day. I know that I have to replace it in about 3 weeks, but I haven't been able to go because of my work. It's been over a month, but it's beautiful.
