★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだまだ震災の影響が残る、だだっ広い工事中の土地にポツンとある。裏手に駐車場があって、道路側からも歩いていける。鐘は思い切りふらないと鳴らない。石にはこの辺の歴史みたいなもの刻まれている。
 There is still a large area under construction where the effects of the earthquake still remain. There is a parking lot behind you and you can walk from the road. The bell won't sound if you don't dare. The stone is engraved with the history of this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東日本大震災の中野地区の慰霊碑でした。中野小学校の記念碑もありました。
亡くなった方々のお名前年齢が彫られていて、１歳、０歳の文字を見たとき、心が締めっけられるようでした。
It was a memorial in the Nakano district of the Great East Japan Earthquake. There was also a monument to Nakano Elementary School.
The names of the deceased were carved, and when I saw the letters at the age of 1 and 0, my heart seemed to be locked down.

モニュメントというよりもメモリアルという感が強くあります。
蒲生地区の、過去の日々を記録したところなのかもしれません。
モニュメントは人工的に数メートル土を盛り上げられたところにあります。
モニュメントまでの階段の途中に津波到達点が記されています。モニュメントり横には蒲生地区で被災しなくなった方の名前が刻まれています。きっと、この石碑を津波よりも高いところに置きたかったのでしょうね、
中野小学校などのメモリアルとして石碑は津波に沈む高さに置かれてるもの、、

A tsunami arrival point is marked on the way to the monument. Next to the monument is the name of the person who is no longer affected by the disaster. I'm sure I wanted to place this monument higher than the tsunami.

かつての日和山を思い出す丘が作られており、上には鐘があります。
周りには未だ震災の爪痕を感じる荒涼たる平地が広がります。
