事前の電話の際の話し方、
メール内容の間違い等、この時点で
不安でしたが、やはり当日も態度が悪い。

他にもそう思うことが沢山あり書ききれませんが、終始嫌な気持ちでの撮影でした。
接客のレベルが低いので
良い接客や人柄、雰囲気を

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HPには雨でキャンセルでも全額返金とありますが、挙式が2ヶ月以内にある人だけです。延期が難しくキャンセルになっても3万円とられます。この季節で写真取りたいけど雨が心配という方はここは絶対にやめたほうがいいです。
新幹線での移動予定だったのに雨での延期連絡もこちらから連絡しないと前日まで来なかったです。
電話対応も不躾で愛想が悪かったです。
