G	Go Hosoya (Hebutter) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店はちょっと小さくて、あんまりたくさんは入れませんが、その分静かに食べられていいです。蕎麦は三種盛りをいただきました。ゆず切り、せいろ、田舎が頃合い見計らって運ばれてきてとても良かったです。ゆず切りは初めて食べましたが、塩で食べるゆずの香りが鼻に抜けるさわやかな蕎麦でした。せいろはいわゆる普通のもりそば、田舎は太いしっかりした歯ごたえの蕎麦ですね。蕎麦の香りがする美味しい蕎麦でした。 The shop is a bit small and doesn't fit much, but it's nice to eat quietly. 中	中村宣昭 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の１時頃妻と訪問先ずはままかりと菜の花のお浸しで一杯。日本酒はと壁のメニュー見ると、はじめて聞く銘柄が並んでいて気分が上がります。ままかりは少し強めにお酢が効いていてつまみには最適です。菜の花も茎が甘く出汁がしみてこれまた美味しかったです。その後、お酒をもう一合と石川芋の塩茹でを注文。アツアツの塩茹での皮をツルッと剥いて食べるとホクホク…日本酒をキュッと頂く…良い時間です(^_^) 最後の〆は妻はかわり蕎麦、私はせいろ。かわり蕎麦はゆず切りでした。蕎麦は喉腰よくあまみあり、美味しかったです。そして、何より驚いたのは山葵が旨い。初訪問のため、この日が特別なのかいつもこうなのかは解りませんが兎に角薫りと旨味共に最高でした。他にも気になった蕎麦前は沢山あったので、近い内にまた行きたいと思います。 Visit with my wife around 1:00 on Saturday First, fill with soaked mamakari and rape.
