★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応の感じがよくないし、訪問しても見向きもされない時がありました。ホームページには「お気軽にご相談ください」とあるのに、全然相談したい感じがしません。職員全員ではないと思いますが、そういう対応している人が目立ちます。
 I didn't feel like responding to the phone, and there were times when I wasn't even looked at when I visited. The homepage says "Please feel free to contact us", but I don't feel like consulting at all. I don't think it's all the staff, but the people who deal with it stand out.
