啼	啼け紅姫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員は2人。対応する従業員は年配の男性の方で、終始ぶっきらぼうで偉そうな態度で客であるはずのこちらが気を使わされます。まず物件を聞いていて似たような条件で他にはありませんかと聞いているのに、全然物件を見せて貰えません。お電話でアポを取ってから行ってるのにも関わらず電話で話した事は一切覚えてないどころか、話を全く聞いていない様子で同じ話をしないといけないのが不満でした。態度が悪いので、営業も上手くいかず、管理している物件も極端に少ないのに、ハウスクリーニングなどは一切しておらず、見に行った物件すべてが蜘蛛の巣だらけ、異様な匂い、ゴキブリの死体、ハエが飛んでいます。何年も放置されたままの物件だと思われます。ハウスクリーニングはご自分でして下さい、エアコンもご自分でつけて下さいと言われました。もう1人の従業員の方とも上手く連携が取れていないため対応も遅いです。管理費をしっかりと取っているのにも関わらずハウスクリーニングなど管理に関わることは一切してない風に捉えられます。管理費と称してご自身の3台の高級自家用車、建物などに使われているんですね。非常に不愉快です。二度と利用しないと思います。 There are two employees.
