料理も目新しく味も良かった。お刺身は醤油を使わずに食べさせる物で、楽しめた。
個人的には前菜の卵の黄身の漬けたやつが美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてお邪魔しました。日曜のランチは事前にお食事の注文もお願いしますとの事で サイトを見たら竹かご盛りランチ1500円、紅の舞 三の重2000円の二種類のどちらにしようか迷いました。竹かごの方は写真があったのですが三の重は写真がなく 御電話で問合せた所、お肉が少しとご飯はちらし寿司との事で こちらの三の重を事前予約で頼みました。当日お邪魔しましたら ２階の眺めがいい個室に案内して頂きました。お部屋の目の前は田んぼが広がっていてのどかです。
数分で予約してあった三の重が運ばれてきました。
わぁー♪かわいい‼
第一印象です。
料理も器も素敵なお食事です。
味もとてもおいしい。
ただ
生ビールを飲みたかったんですが
生ビールは樽買いみたいで
単品では頂けませんでした。
食事の後の一口デザート、コーヒーも美味しかった。
落ち着いてゆっくりお食事したい方にはオススメしたいお店ですね。
また 山形に来たときはお邪魔したいと思います。

実際、いくつかの会合が入っているようでした。
お店の中も、個室で雰囲気がよいです。

1番気になったのは、仲居さんのお椀やご飯の出し方。みんなバラバラ。配膳が綺麗ではありませんでした。自分たちで直しました。
こういう格式のお店ならば、せっかくならそういう所も気をつけて欲しいです。
そうするとワンランク上のお店になるのではないでしょうか。
お店のたたずまいや雰囲気で勝手に店のイメージを膨らませてしまったのもあるのですが。
