クルマの趣味嗜好が関係なく実用性しか求めないなら、ここのレンタカーで十分。
いや、むしろ色々な面でこっちの方がいい。
ここと竜泉と近くに2店舗もあるので、よほど繁忙期や直前とかじゃなければ大抵どっちかで借りれます。

There are two stores near here and Ryusen, so you can usually rent either one unless it's a very busy season or just before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタカーの予約時間について確認したく電話したところ「前の方が乗ったあとは何も整備せずに次の方に貸している」というお話を伺いました。中の清掃やタイヤの空気圧といった整備すらもされてないであろう車をそのまま貸すというのはなかなか出来たものではありませんね。
When I called to confirm the reservation time of the rental car, I heard the story that "after the previous person got on, I rented it to the next person without any maintenance." It's not easy to rent a car that wouldn't even be maintained, such as cleaning the inside and air pressure of the tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all if you are in you first year of driving license don’t go to them . The young stuff that was working there clearly not good attitude guy . I had a scratch on the rear bumper and they charged me 70000 yen for it . And they tried to rip me off . Even after paid all that they said I might have to pay more . The car was high mileage and old Toyota vitz . You can find used vitz mere less mileage on it for 3000 to 5000 dollars.Toyota don’t even produce bits anymore because of bad sale . New one cost about 14000 dollars.You can buy a new bumper with 10000 to 20000 yen . You can not have a insurance for that . When I was in miyagi ken my friend had a similar problem and only paid 12000 yen . Totally got me . Worst experience ever . Don’t recommend going there . Maybe bad reviews get deleted here otherwise there will be more bad reviews with this kind of thing . They also don’t have all the insurance that you need . Only good thing is it is not that expensive to rent a car here . So my advice is don’t come here if you are a foreigner .
