1日の予定を全て変更してお店に伺ったが謝罪の一言もなし。
担当してくれた方はタメ口。
お客を相手にしていないスタッフさんはずっと携帯をいじっていて、人が入店して来ても挨拶もない。

The person in charge is a tame mouth.
