★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 研修施設としては一通り揃ってる印象です。建物が若干古いですが、都内の施設はどこもこんなものですね。喫煙所は手近なところ（1階フロア）にあるので、スモーカーの方も安心。
I have the impression that there is a complete training facility. The building is a bit old, but all the facilities in Tokyo are like this. Smokers are safe because the smoking area is close to you (1st floor).
