★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 切り花を見ていただけなのに、男性店員に「触らないで！」と怒鳴られました。手に取らないとなんの花が入ってるかわからないのに、お金を出して買うものを客が選べもしないなんてどうかと思います。すべての店員の感じが悪いとは思ってましたがまさか切り花選んでるだけで怒鳴られるとは思いませんでした。花は安いけど、接客は最悪です。
A male sales clerk shouted "Don't touch!" Even though I was just looking at the cut flowers. I don't know what kind of flowers are in it if I don't pick it up, but I wonder if the customers can not choose what to spend for money. I thought all the clerks felt bad, but I didn't think that I could just scream just by choosing a cut flower. Flowers are cheap but customer service is the worst.

The customer service attitude of other employees including the president is also intimidating and the worst at this store. I don't want to go there again.
