先生方の退職率が高すぎます。今まで20人以上はやめて居るかと。オープンから在籍していますが開所からいた先生は、園長先生いれても
4人だけ。当時は17・8人いたはずです。
子どもの怪我も少なくないです。

園児数も多くない分、先生方が細かい所までみて下さっていて連絡帳や帰り際などでその日あった出来事を教えてくださいます。園長先生も小さい子をおんぶしていたり園庭でずっと遊んでいたりとても気さくで素敵です。
