I have serious back and neck problems , stiff shoulders and he did my entire body with diferent yoga postures that I never have seen . Also I have sleep problems and he offered me a special tea for this , be has different tea with plants for different problems and he gives a lot of advises . Also has good prices and with that nice music is like I was in a beautiful forest all the time ! Also he speaks very good English! Very clean! I recommend to all to try ! Thank you !

The workers are friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and clearly enjoy helping people. They also speak English so it is foreigner friendly. The ambiance is calming and relaxing. I’ll definitely be a regular customer not only for the health benefits, but to support this wonderful business. If you live in the Tokyo area I highly recommended you go here.

Ryo-san was super professional from the very beginning till the end. He carefully checked what I requested and paid attention to it during all the session. As soon as it's finished, you can clearly feel a difference and that's how you know he hit the right spot. I highly recommend it and of course will continue my treatment with them. You can feel you are in good hands after their service. 10/10!

I could already feel slight differences to my posture in my first visit itself. Ryo also gave me some very good insights as to what is causing my poor posture and suggested specific exercises/stretches to do for maintaining the same. He can speak good English as well so you can clearly explain your problem to him in detail. Splendid job overall. Definitely worth multiple visits!

I’ve been suffering from chronic back pain, nerve pain, stiff shoulders and neck, and Ryo really focused on those points. He gave me advice on how to improve my posture and which stretches to do to relieve my muscle stress as well. After the session, he served me and my friend some relaxing tea. The following day, Ryo followed up with a message to check up on my condition and give a detailed diagnosis, and even assured me that I will feel better with his treatment. I can’t wait to go back in for another massage!
