飾らない雰囲気でいてお洒落なお店です。
素朴なパンが多く、
どのパンも食感や風味の良さ、優しさを感じます。
巷にあふれるお菓子の様なパンではなく、パンを味わうパンだなぁと感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて訪問しました。わたしも果物や酒粕で起こした自家製酵母でパンを作っているし、卵が苦手で避けているからここのパンは以前からとても行きたいと思っていました。どれも美味しそうで、ついたくさん買いました。帰宅後夫と頂きました。雑味がなく、しっとりしていて本当においしかったです。近くはない場所にあるお店ですが、これからも度々通わせていただきたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした(っ˘ڡ˘ς)
I visited for the first time. I also make bread from homemade yeast made from fruits and lees, and I'm not good at eggs, so I've always wanted to go to this bread. Everything looked delicious and I just bought a lot. After returning home, I had my husband. There was no miscellaneous taste, it was moist and it was really delicious.
