a	aya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行かない方がいいです。店長さんが自分の子ども2人の預け先がなかったとの事でお店に連れて来ていましたが、子ども達が大暴れしていて終始ハラハラしました。大声を出しながら店内を走り回り、靴を履いたまま施術台に上がり、唾を飛ばし、コートかけをなぎ倒し…。おかげで施術もままならず、オーソドックスな髪型へのカットをお願いしたのに左右ガタガタ。更に切り忘れた髪の束も沢山ありました。修正をお願いしたかったのですが、状況が状況だけに頼めず泣く泣く諦めて帰ることに。これで正規料金を取られるのは有り得ないです。予約した段階で客の電話番号が分かっている筈なんだから子どもの預け先がないなら臨時休業にして客に連絡を入れるか、せめて来店前に一言こういう状況ですと教えくれたらキャンセルしたのに…。店長さんにも事情はあるにせよ最終的にしわ寄せがいくのは客、そして店の評判です。長年このお店にはお世話になっていましたが、店長が今の人に変わってから印象が悪くなりました。今後もまた子どもを連れて来られたらたまったもんじゃないので二度とこのお店には行きません。商売として成り立っていませんし、この状況を黙認する会社の体制にも大きな問題があると思います。 You had better not go.
