★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すぐ下は船着場で古くは神社を目標に帰ってきて海から上陸したらその前を通って集落に行っていたのでしょう。そんなストーリーが思い浮かぶ立地。
もと恵比須と称し、夏泊地区の氏神さん。
明治元年に潮津神社と合併の指導があるが、漁協関係者の反対により合併せず現在の名称となったそうだから、今のような港湾が整備される前だから余計にそうなのだろう。

In the first year of the Meiji era, there was guidance on merger with Shiozu Shrine, but it seems that it was not merged due to the opposition of the fishermen's cooperatives and it became the current name.
