It seems that H29 is registered as a World Irrigation Facility Heritage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 橋を渡って一本入ったところにある公園で、川まで行くのに少し坂道を下りおりていくと芝生があり、その隣にはトイレがあります！
川にはアメンボや魚が泳いでいて、子連れの方には楽しめる場所だと思います！
7月上旬に行きましたが、水温は少し冷たかったです！
It's a park just across the bridge, and if you go down the slope a little to get to the river, you'll find a lawn and a toilet next to it!
Water striders and fish are swimming in the river, and I think it is a fun place for people with children!
I went there in early July, but the water temperature was a little cold!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暑い夏にオススメでわりと浅瀬で親子で楽しめそうです。ダムの放水が有るようなのでサイレンの音には気を付けましょう。敷地が広いのでのんびり歴史を感じながら散策するのも楽しいです。禁漁区間になっています。キャンプ禁止。火は使えません。
Recommended for hot summers, it seems that parents and children can enjoy it in shallow water. Be careful of the sound of sirens as there seems to be water discharge from the dam. Since the site is large, it is fun to take a leisurely stroll while feeling the history. It is a closed fishing section. No Camping. You can't use fire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時期によるのでしょうが、オフシーズンならとても静かです。水も綺麗です。近くの有名なパンを川面を眺めながら頂きました。設置されているトイレはびっくりしました。

It depends on the time of year, but it's very quiet during the off-season. The water is also clean. I had a famous bread nearby while looking at the river surface. I was surprised at the toilets installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シーズン中は魚が釣れるみたいです。川の水はとても綺麗で冷たく、明治時代の歴史も見られます。バーベキューは禁止なので食べ物、飲み物を持参してのんびり風に吹かれるのもいーかも。シーズン以外は一つが寄り付かないのでおすすめかも。
It seems that you can catch fish during the season. The water of the river is very clean and cold, and you can see the history of the Meiji era. Since barbecue is prohibited, it may be good to bring food and drinks and have a relaxing breeze. It may be recommended because one does not approach except during the season.
