★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 格安の日帰りバスツアーを運営しています。何度か利用したのですが、対応が悪いです。ツアーガイドが事前に下見をしていなかったり、行ったことのない観光地を旅行先にすることが度々ある。事前の情報収集不足から当日お店が休みだったり、バスの中で堂々とこんなに長く歩くとは思わなかったと言ったりも。。ホームページからメールで問い合わせても返事が全く来ない。電話予約の際、領収書をお願いしても当日用意していない、その後も何も連絡がない対応の悪さの連続。ツアーの移動中車内でガイドによる観光地の詳細説明等無くほぼ無言。携帯をいじったり寝る姿も度々。バスは綺麗なので安いから仕方ないと割り切ればいい旅行になるかもしれません。もう少し勉強して欲しいです。
