★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業マンも店長も最低。他社を検討したらうちは降りるとえらく足元をみられた。おすすめできないハウスメーカー。展示場自体も閑散としている。トヨタホームなら同じトヨタホーム名古屋の方が親切丁寧な印象。
 Salesmen and store managers are the lowest. After examining the other companies, we got down and found our feet. House maker that cannot be recommended. The exhibition hall itself is also quiet. At Toyota Home, the same Toyota Home Nagoya is kind and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建て替えのため、大手ハウスメーカー数社と交渉した結果、こちらのトヨタホーム愛知鳴海営業所さんにお願いすることに決めました。営業担当者さんも店長さんも誠実で感じのいい方で、建物の構造や性能および保証について詳しくご説明を受けたのが決め手となりました。すべてにおいての対応が迅速かつ丁寧であり、満足のいく『家づくり』ができましたことをたいへん喜んでおります。現在は完成した我が家で快適に暮らしています。
As a result of negotiations with several major house manufacturers for rebuilding, we decided to ask this Toyota Home Aichi Narumi Sales Office. The sales staff and the store manager were both sincere and pleasant, and the decisive factor was that they received detailed explanations about the structure, performance and warranty of the building. We are very pleased that the response was quick and polite, and we were able to create a satisfying “house building”. Now I live comfortably in my completed home.
