生しらすも、1日二回漁にでる漁師の二回目のほうを仕入れているそうで、夜だけど充分新鮮。
A local izakaya in a good way. Some of the local ones are orthodox. But the balance is good.
It seems that the raw shirasu is procured for the second time by a fisherman who goes fishing twice a day, and it is fresh enough at night.
