全国チェーン店のように工場で大量に焙煎した豆を在庫にして販売する店とは豆の鮮度がまるで違います。
価格は安いのに高品質の豆を焙煎したての状態で購入できる稀な優良店です。
注文してからだいたい30分程度で焙煎が終わりますが、かなり繁盛してるので早めに電話で注文しないと混み具合によっては2-3時間かかるときがあるので時間に余裕のないときは注意が必要です。
