保険がきくとのことで鍼の施術を受けた。他所で鍼の治療を受けたことがあるけど保険適用されたことないですけど… と聞くと、ここでは保険でできると断言。安くできるならとお願いした。実際、鍼は数本肩に打っただけで効果はあまり感じられず。そして肝心のその日の治療費は全額自己負担。あのたった数本で、他所だと全身やってもらえる金額。「ここの小児科に行って印をもらってきてください」と言って地図と同意書を渡され、次来るときまでに印をもらってきたら保険適用した料金の差額を返金しますとのこと。そんな説明、施術前に一度も受けていません。同意書のことなんか知らない身としては当日の費用は保険適用されていると思い施術を受けていたわけで詐欺まがいなことをされてかなりのショックを受けた。その説明を支払いのときにされて拒否できるわけもなく。自己負担はもう勉強代として諦めてる。けっきょく印をもらいに行くにも初診料やらなんやらにお金がかかるし。二度と行かない。施術内容もだけど、説明不足で余計な負担を強いられたことに怒りを感じています。
