★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファッションに興味があった学生時代によくお世話になりました。6年ほど前でしょうか、お世話になりました。中古で買ったオーバーサイズの服や貰い物の服を持って行って自分のサイズに調整して貰いました。デカ過ぎるジャケットをコートにしてもらったり、ピッタリサイズにしてもらったりしました。ほんとになんでもOKな感じで、どんな世代のファッションの要望にも答えてくれると思います。最近シャツを買ったのですが、袖丈が気に入らないのでお願いしに行こうと思います。
 I was often taken care of when I was a student who was interested in fashion. It was about 6 years ago, thank you for your help. I brought oversized clothes that I bought second hand and clothes that I received and had them adjust to my size. I asked them to coat a jacket that was too big, and to make it the perfect size. Everything is really OK, and I think it will respond to the demands of fashion of any generation. I bought a shirt recently, but I don't like the sleeve length, so I'll go ask.

今回はスーツの裾上げで利用しました。
値段…価格表等はなく、その時の店主の気分で設定されている印象で客観性と信憑性は皆無です。2500円しましたが、今後は近隣のチェーン店を利用します。
接客…むかしながらの接客で特に悪い印象はありませんでしたが、多忙という理由から設定された受取日に伺ったものの、裾上げは手もつけられていませんでした。翌日が結婚式であるため、間に合わない旨をお伝えしたところ、今日中に終わらせるとのことでした（最初からできるならやってくれよという思い）。
商品…待った割に合わない完成度（9センチ程裾上げを頼みしたが、2〜3センチしか裾上げされていない）でした。
合計3度足を運んだ末、やっと調整してもらえました。
返金も求めようとも思いましたが、お二人がご高齢ということと、自分自身への勉強代として特にクレームも言わずに終わりました。私は今後利用しません。

Customer service ... I didn't have a particularly bad impression of the customer service, but I visited the pick-up date set because of my busy schedule, but the hemming was not done. When I told him that he couldn't make it in time because the next day was a wedding, he said that he would finish it by the end of today (I think he should do it from the beginning).
Product ... It was a perfection that was not worth the wait (I asked for a hemming of about 9 cm, but only a few centimeters were hemmed).
After visiting a total of 3 times, I was finally able to make adjustments.
I thought I'd ask for a refund, but I didn't complain about the fact that they were old and that I was studying for myself. I will not use it in the future.
