受付のスタッフの方も、丁寧ではじめての方でも通いやすくて良いです。
人気の皮膚科の為、患者さんはいつも多いですが、
どんなに忙しくても毎回丁寧な説明と、
処置で肌の改善もしている為満足して通っています。
また口コミに対して、一人ひとりコメントを医院長が返していることも好印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 顔の湿疹で受診しましたが、初診でいきなり血液検査、保険診療で9000円の請求だったので驚きました。高額な部類に入ると思うので、不急の検査なのであれば、料金含め事前に確り説明をした方が良心的だと思います。
また、先生と看護師で手違いがあったのか、血液検査のための注射を3回もすることになり、スタッフ間のコミュニケーションが上手くとれていないのではと感じました。
院内は清潔感があり、看護師、受付の方の感じも良く、とても好印象だっただけに、非常に残念でした。

私の詳細な診察内容を許可なく記載するのは不快なので辞めていただきたいです。
1.高額な検査を料金の説明をせずに実施した。
2.病院側のミスで注射を3回もしているのに、院長は把握していないし謝罪もない。
上記2点は改善していただきたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前の他院では軟膏処置などを行なっていないにも関わらず処置料を取られていましたので、個人経営の皮膚科に対してあまり良い印象を持っていませんでした。
しかし、こちらは適正な保険診療だったので安心して受診できます。
お忙しそうでしたが、受付の方、看護師の方の接遇が好印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの病院は対応がテキパキしており、若い先生が多く、丁寧かつ迅速な対応で不快な思いをしたことがありません。
受診される方が多いので多少の待ち時間はもちろんありますが、簡単にできる予約制度もあり、また、現在の待ち人数も分かりやすく表示してくださるのでイライラすることもありません。
病院嫌いで市販薬でごまかし受診を後回しにしがちでしたが、こちらの病院を知ってからはすぐに受診するようになりました。
今後もずっとお世話になりたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅から2駅離れていたものの、自宅周辺の皮膚科にいい思い出がなく、さらに土曜日に夕方まで診察していただけるクリニックもほとんどないので迷った末にお世話になりました。
土曜日でも複数の医師が診てくださるようで、私の場合は予約なしでも10分ほどの待ち時間でした。とても感じの良い若い先生で、こちらの話もちゃんと聞いて処置してくれました。
次回以降簡単な処置の場合はあまり待たずに済むような配慮もされているようで、多少遠くてもこちらで良かったと思いました。
診ていただくにあたってこちらの口コミも参考にしました。私も医療従事者で、医療者側が原因のクレームというのも確かに多くありますが、一方で患者さんの思い込みや勘違いによる行き違いというのも多くあるように思います。
ただ、今回お世話になった私の感想としては、今まで診ていただいた皮膚科の中では対応、診療体制など含めてベストでした。

院内はとても綺麗でコロナ感染対策もしっかりされています。
受付の方も笑顔で対応していただいたので好印象でした。
今回は化粧品の荒れで診察してもらいました。
診察は女医さんで、私の話もしっかり聞いてくれ質問にも丁寧に答えていただきました。部位もしっかり観察してくれ、何度も見ながらどの薬が良いのか考えてくれてました。こんなに真剣に診察してくれる先生がいるのかと嬉しく思うくらいでした。薬への質問も丁寧に答えてくれ、私的に不満に思うことはなにもなく来て良かったなと思いました。
小さいお子さんからお年寄りまで幅広い方が来ていて、午前中平日にも関わらず結構な人が来ていたので信頼されてる病院なのかなと思いました。
