h	hikaru haga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日初めての利用にて、一日車検をしていただきました。古い車のため、何か不具合がないかと少々心配していましたが、そこまで大きな不具合もなく、追加費用も思ったほどかからず、一つひとつ説明もあったので安心しました。当初より対応がスムーズで、呆気なく終わったなあという印象です。（車検=金がかかり、時間もかかり、面倒で手間というイメージがあったので。）ただ2点ほど残念だったのは、 1　見積もりで重量税の金額が1万円ほど間違えていたおり、それも納車時に精算が終わったあとで電話口で言われたのですが、悪びれた様子が全くなく、「1万円ぐらい多くかかっちゃいますけどこのまま進めていいですか？」みたいな感じだったので、もう少しちゃんと謝ったほうがいいんじゃないか？電話口なのでなおさら誠意の伝わる話し方を考えたほうがいいんじゃないか？と個人的には思いましたね。 2 　代車があって助かったのですが、「車内禁煙」というシールが貼ってある割にはタバコくさく、灰も落ちていたので、禁煙をうたうのであれはもっと徹底するとか消臭をしっかりするとかしたほうがいいと思いました。 For the first time today, I had a one-day vehicle inspection. ル	ルアル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車内清掃有りのはずなのに、前側をサラッとやっただけで後部側は目立つゴミが沢山ありました。以前、本部に問い合わせしたはずなのですが... 簡単な清掃なのは分かりますが、ぱっと見で分かる感じなのはどうなのかと。サービスに含んでいるのに忙しいから適当とかはお話にならないと思います。部品も壊したのに劣化がどうこうで流そうとしていました。謝る気が感じられませんでした。 There should have been cleaning inside the car, but there was a lot of conspicuous dust on the rear side just by doing the front side lightly.
