★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事が原因の首と肩のこりが酷く、痛みを感じる程酷い症状が出ていたので、こちらを利用させていただきました。
歪み診断をしていただいて自分の体がこんなに傾いている事に驚きました。
通う前は首がほとんど動かないくらい酷かったのですが、今では首や肩が軽くなり、日常生活が楽になりました。
先生は気さくな方ですし、技術は確かなのでおすすめです。

初回が産後一年半過ぎていて、難しいかなと思っていましたが、先生が今からでも大丈夫ですよ！と言ってくださり、とても安心感がありました。
施術に併せて無理のない筋トレを教えてくださり、矯正に対するやる気にも繋がります。人見知りで泣き叫ぶ我が子にもいやな顔ひとつせず対応してくださる先生、スタッフの方のお陰で週一で通うことも辛くありません。

姿勢などから身体の悪い部分を検証してそれに沿って治療してくれるので、
施術の痛みもなく、ゆっくりですが身体の改善に繋がってきてると思います。
TVなどでよくみるバキバキと矯正的に動かすのもありません。

最初は腰痛みにマッサージと機械併用で一回あたりの時間がそれほどかからないですが、初回から驚くほど効果が感じていた、朝一起きる時の腰痛みがほぼ消えた。効果を継続し今後骨盤矯正に移るため、引き続き通っていきたいと思います。先生とスターフさんもとても親切なので、お気軽にご利用頂けます。
