以前伺ったとき、まず拝見する物件とまだ連絡つかないと言われ1時間半待たされました 物件拝見後自分好みではなくてもう少し自分で探してみます、と伝えた所グイグイで調べはじめました。 しかも要望で住みたい場所、駐車場ありなど何回も言ってるのに聞かず勝手に仕事場からかなり遠くなるところを勧めてきた挙げ句駐車場は近くでさがしましょうだの無駄な時間でした。 そして行きたくもないし興味もないのに勝手に部屋空いてるか電話で確認してて何がしたいのでしょうか? あまりにも疲れて当日は夕方に寝込んでしまいました 因みに眼鏡をかけた40代くらいの女性スタッフです 2度と行かないです

今はネットで部屋を選び契約できる為、店頭に行く頃にはほぼ契約されている事が多く地元の不動産屋と言う感覚は少ないが、親切に対応してくれます。

対応に誠実さがまるでないです。謝ればいいだろう、この手続き済ませれば、この客とはおさらば、なんとかこの場をやり過ごそう、という対応でした。 契約手続きにいった当日に突然銀行に行ってお金を下ろし、セブンで、支払いし、領収書を持ってこい。という契約の流れは一般的だ。電話で別途支払うことは伝えたはずだ。申し訳ありません、と口先は丁寧だが、強引の何ものでもなかったです。 きっとこれに対する返事もココ最近のコメントと同じものをコピペするのでしょう。体制は変わらないでしょうね。数年前のコメントには真摯に一人一人に対して改善を誓うような内容でしたが、トップが変わったのですかね。客の足元見るような悲惨な接客対応していることに気づいてほしいです。

急ぎの引越しでとても誠実、迅速に対応して頂けて満足しています。 ただ、鍵の受け渡し引越し当日ってのが…入居決定から時間に余裕あったと思うんですけど… あと、こちらの確認不足かもしれませんが、プロパンガスか都市ガスなのかは説明欲しかったですね。

基本的にほとんどの連絡が電話で来ます。 メールで質問や確認をしてもメールでは回答をくれず、1日後に電話で回答が来ます。これは、契約書の発送日直前でも変わらずなので、こちらの都合はあまり考えてくれていないのかなという印象を受けました。あと、個人的にメールの文章の日本語が変だなと感じました。 24時間サポートや害虫駆除は必要なのかと聞くと、その後の対応が不満そうな感じに変わったのも印象的でした。つけないと申し込みは受け付けないなどの強引な対応もありました。 これらのコメントへの返答も、過去のものを見るとほとんど一緒でテンプレのようで大して読んでいなさそうで総合的に雑な印象があります。 正直、ここの系列は今後使いたくないと感じました。

担当の方にも伝えさせてもらいましたが連絡忘れ、対応の遅さ、上司の方との連携の悪さがとても心配になりました。働いてる方は1件の案内だと思いますがこちら側はある程度長く住むので丁寧な対応をしてもらいたかったです。 こちらの口コミを見ずに物件だけで選んでしまったので初めての引っ越しを考えてる方は色んな所を見て決めたほうが良いと思います。 仲介手数料を払いたくないなと思ってしまいました。

Please be aware of this place. Ofc, I can't speak for all employees, but the one we had was absolutely rude. I can totally understand, why other companies don't want to lend the keys for apartments/mansions to this one. (That should've been the first red card.) But also the apartments we could visit were BEFORE cleaning/renovation, so all were dirty! He expected us to sign a contract before this! Who would ever do that?! And obviously we didn't want that, so he got angry and even started driving like madman on our way back. It was our first time experiencing sth like this and we just wanted to prepare others. From now on we will check the reviews of the real estate agencies before we make an appointment. Please be smarter than us to avoid bad experiences. Thanks for reading!
