★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊那谷と木曽谷を結んだ古道にある峠です。
峠の名称は改良者にちなんでいる様です。
峠自体は、この旧峠→林道開削により北に移動（展望台のある場所）→権兵衛トンネルと変遷しており、この旧道は自然に帰りつつある古道となっています。
木曽側は、ほぼ林道に付け替えとなっており、所々に旧道がある様な状態です。
伊那側は、林道が離れた場所に開設されたこともあり、旧道はそのまま残っています。が、整備されておらず笹薮漕ぎ状態となります。
峠は分水嶺（信濃川水系→日本海／天竜川水系→太平洋）となっており、石碑も建っています。
It is a pass on the old road that connects Ina Valley and Kiso Valley.
The name of the pass seems to be named after the improver.
The pass itself has changed from this old pass to the north due to the excavation of the forest road (where the observatory is located) → the Gonbei tunnel, and this old road is returning to nature.
The Kiso side is almost replaced with a forest road, and it looks like there are old roads in some places.
On the Ina side, the old road remains as it is because the forest road was opened in a remote place. However, it is not maintained and will be in a bush rowing state.
The pass is a watershed (Shinano River system → Sea of Japan / Tenryu River system → Pacific Ocean), and a stone monument is also built.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １９８５年に伊那側から自転車で越えました。旧峠の標高は１５２３ｍですが伊那側の林道は１６００ｍ付近まで登ります。少し下って尾根をまたぐ所が展望台になっていて、峠の由来が書かれた看板や東屋がありました。
It passed by bicycle from the Ina side in 1985. The elevation of the old fort is 1523 m, but the forest road on the Ina side climbs to around 1600 m. A little bit below the ridge crossing was the observation deck, and there were signboards and toyas where the origin of the brow was written.

The Ina side is closed to traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東側は、３ヶ所のがっちりゲートで通行止め。西側からなら、車でここまでこれます。眺望もよく、トイレあり。草刈りなど、良く整備されています。
On the east side, traffic is closed at three tight gates. From the west, you can drive to this point. The view is good and there is a toilet. It is well maintained, such as mowing.

途中の道は狭かったですが、伊那市街が見渡せる景色の良い場所です。
I visited because it is a famous place for autumn leaves.
The road on the way was narrow, but it is a scenic place overlooking the city of Ina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2004年6月時点では現役の国道でした。天気が悪かったため眺望はありませんでしたが、おそらく天気が良い日であれば素晴らしい景色だっただろうと思います。
As of June 2004, it was an active national highway. There was no view because the weather was bad, but I think it would have been a wonderful view if the weather was nice.

ランドナーで1980年7月に引き続き2回目。
その後、1985年にはXL250Rでも訪れました。
August 1981 From the Narai side. I think the Kiso side was a flat gravel road and the Ina side was a thin and undulating dirt road.
This is the second time for Landner, following July 1980.
Then, in 1985, I also visited the XL250R.
