さ	さとみ（みれい） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給湯器が壊れていると水道管理の人に言われ、水道会社からノーリツさんへ修理依頼の連絡をしてくれました。しかし、ノーリツさんと電話してみると 1度目:事情何も知らないので全て話して。故障の原因は？わからないの？いつからなの？なんで分からないの？ 2度目:事情？知ってますけど？水道会社から聞いてますけど？で、状態を1度見ないと分からないから訪問日教えてください。平日電話出れないなら土日しかないですけど？何度言えばわかるの？？ 3度目:何度も言ってますよね？実際に見ないとわからないです。修理だとしても何日かかるかなんてわかりません。で、訪問日は？と電話口に事務員さんに言われました。結局、事務員さんは何度も高圧的でタメ口混じり。私は部屋をほかに移すことになり修理には関わらないことになりました。けど、こんなに高圧的でタメ口まできかれる筋いはありません。クレームを本当なら会社に直接言いたいのですがどこから言えばいいのか分からなかったのでこちらに投稿します。もう二度と関わりたくないです。 A water manager told me that the water heater was broken, and the water company contacted Noritz for a repair request. After all, the clerk was overwhelmed many times and mixed with tame mouth. I moved the room to another place and was not involved in the repair. R	Robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just anecdotal information: to reset a Noritz remote control for gas/water press the ON/OFF button 5 times in my case. The clock will start working again. I would hope they could find a better way to make money than just asking folks for “routine paid maintenance “ to do that.
