部屋によってリノベしてある部屋としてない部屋があります。
リノベーションしてあるお部屋はキッチンがワイド対面のキッチンになっており安い賃貸とは思えない重厚感のあるクオリティでした。
コスパの良い賃貸マンションだと思います。
機器の故障や雑草の処理なども言えばすぐに対応いただけて助かりました。
近辺で賃貸アパート探している方にはお勧めします。
最寄駅は遠いですがバス使えば気になりませんし、コンビニやスーパーや病院も近くにあるので困りませんでした。
特に子育て世帯にはいいエリアだと思います。

Recommended for those looking for a rental apartment in the vicinity.
The nearest station is far away, but it doesn't matter if you use the bus, and there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and hospitals nearby, so I didn't have any problems.
I think it is a particularly good area for child-rearing households.
