は	はにゃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヘルメットを試着して購入し、インカム、シールドをつける前に再度被ってみると、キツい。長時間かぶると頭が痛くなりそうなので、ワンサイズ大きめに、交換してもらおうと訪れると、ヘルメットは試着して持って変えると、交換は出来ませんと断られた。まだシールも剥がしてないのに、、、その後再度フィッティングしてもらったが、やはり頭が痛くなる。態度もめんどくさそう。お店を出る時その定員とすれ違ったが、顔を覚えているはずなのに、無視された。二輪館松原もよく行くが、こんな嫌な接客はされた事が無い。子供のヘルメットを買った時のフィッティングも、適当で、家に帰って被せると合ってはなかった。バイクに乗る上で、ヘルメットは一番重要です。そして、人の頭は千差万別。既製品でピッタリ合う人の方が少ないと思います。そして、お店で被っただけではわからない事もある。それは真摯に対応すべきやと思う。シールドのシールも剥がしてないのに交換できないはおかしい。本部からの指示なら、二輪館ではメット買っちゃダメですね。以前に、お客さんに対する態度がなってないですね。ヘルメットは返品、交換可能なAmazonで買うか、キチンとフィッティングできるスタッフのいる店で買った方が良いですね。とってもいや〜なお店です。追伸:関西統括の方から、販売可能な状態であれば返品交換は可能であり、今回の対応は間違っておりました。そして、ヘルメットのフィッティングは、お客様が満足してくれるまで、とことんおつきあいさせて頂きます。とメールを頂きました。やはり対応が悪いのは奈良2りんかんだけなのかな。 It's hard to try on a helmet, buy it, and put it on again before putting on the income and shield.
