味噌カツロースをいただきました
肉厚なのに柔らかく味噌も美味しかったです
コロナ対策もされてて店員さんの接客も良好でした
値段も安くてコストパフォーマンスが高いと思いました
おしぼりはありましたがテーブルに紙ナプキンがないのがちょっと不便でした
ごちそう様でした

ドクターフライ導入してるとのことで、トンカツも唐揚げも脂っぽさを感じません
難点は下味が付いてないくらい薄いこと
トンカツならソースがあるからいいんだろうけど、カツ丼や唐揚げでは致命的
さらに卓上調味料に塩コショウや醤油がない八方塞がり?
値段も手頃、くさみがないから素材もよい、揚げ方も上手い、ただ味付けだけが難でした
ソースドバドバで食べる人にはいいかも

更には肉の筋が丁寧に切ってある。細やかな包丁さばきが見て取れる。肉質を柔らかく賞味出来る。
とにかく上手いのである。

ネギカツ定食のヒレをみそダレで注文しました！
ランチメニューではないですがご飯大盛りorドリンクがつくということで一緒にアイスティーもいただきました！
ネギはきめ細やかで好みです♥
サクサクで脂っこすぎないカツがとても美味しい♥
みそダレは想像していた通り甘めで、ソースよりみそダレのほうが私は好きでした☺️
ごはんは普通盛りでも私には多かったので旦那さんにお裾分け…(笑)少なめにできるのかな？次来たときに頼んでみようと思います！
これからはとんかつ食べたくなったらここに来ます✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安くて美味しい！！お肉が柔らかく、すりごまを自分でするのですが胡麻のいい匂いがしました。お味噌ととんかつの相性もよく、また少し濃いめお味噌がご飯とよく合います。
2時過ぎに行ったのでスムーズに席につけました。
お店も清潔でスタッフさんの対応も気持ちよく素敵な方々でした。また行きたいと思います。
