The gap between the customer base on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor is remarkable, and I cannot help but feel the synergistic effect is weak. Is this situation sustainable? Perhaps the invitation of MUJI has extended the life of this shopping center. I don't think it can be denied in the short term, but when it comes time for MUJI to lose its value ... March 12, 2022 I went to Naoetsu Bread and Sweets Festival. It was my turn and shopping started, but I couldn't compare with other shops and couldn't go back by walking in a straight line about half of the shops on the first floor, about 10 shops, and the bread in front of me. I could only buy. I can't go back if I miss the purchase, but I don't have time to worry that I might prefer the store ahead. I bought the bread in front of me so that I could be rushed. After that, if you want to go to another row of bakeries, you have to line up again for 100 people and 200 people. It wasn't an event to come all the way from afar. This is the first time for such a worst event. Only the promotion was flashy, but the management is too bad. I lined up in a line of hundreds of people at least four times to see all the shops. The MUJI products here are amazing. I feel the seriousness of MUJI. Even in Tokyo, it's hard to make it so far. The MUJI BOOK and the cafeteria are incomplete. I often go there if it's nearby.
