★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏の夜に行ったら泳いでる最中蚊においかけまわされ、着替えの時猛烈に刺されました。プールから更衣室にいくまでカエルもたくさんいて、蛙が苦手な自分はもうお邪魔できないかな。。昼間泳ぎにいくぶんにはいいところかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名前に海洋センターとありますが、入口を入っても魚はいませんし、水槽もありません。中に体育館があります。
建物の入口に「水六訓」として笹川良一の思想的な言葉が掲げられています。日本財団のプレートも貼られています。
この体育館でソフトバレーボールの審判講習会がありました。2面コートが出来ました。
入口を入ると、玄関、下駄箱、事務室があります。キッズスペースのようなマットを敷いたコーナーがあります。中に自動販売機が2台あります。
新津多目的研修会センターの隣にあります。
近くにコンビニはありません。お昼を通して施設を利用する方は予めお弁当を用意しておいた方が良いです。
車が混んでいなければ、新潟市中心部から30〜40分くらいで着きます。

新潟庭球場と同じグリーンサンドです。
穴場的な場所です。
